Necar Zadegan is a German actress who was born on July 20, 1982, in Heidelberg Baden Wurttemberg, West Germany. The actress holds German citizenship and later acquired American nationality. Necar gained fame for her role in the show after she was awarded the part of the first lady Dalia Hassan during the 8th season of the 24 television action show. She then appeared as Caroline for two more episodes in the Floored and Lifted TV series in 2009.
